At Suda Suda Vandi, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. This page explains how you can request deletion of your account and associated data.

How to Request Account and Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your Suda Suda Vandi account and all associated personal data by Email: Send an email to admin@sudasudavandi.com with the subject “Account Deletion Request” and include your registered phone number and name.

 

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon processing your request, we will delete your account information (name, email, phone number), delivery addresses, order history, etc.,

What Data May Be Retained

We may retain certain data as required by law, including transaction records for tax and accounting purposes (retained for the period required by Indian tax laws), and data required for ongoing disputes or legal claims.

Processing Time

Your account deletion request will be processed within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp or email once your data has been deleted.

Important Notes

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Any pending orders must be completed or cancelled before deletion. Store credits or pending refunds will be processed before deletion. You will need to create a new account if you wish to use our service again.

Account & Data Deletion

SudaSudaVandi Restaurant Partner (Vendor) App  

This page explains how a restaurant partner using the SudaSudaVandi Restaurant Partner app (package: com.sudasudavandi.vendor) can request deletion of their account and associated data.

How to request deletion

To delete your vendor account and data, do one of the following:

  1. Send an email to support@sudasudavandi.com from the email or phone number registered to your restaurant, with the subject line “Delete my account”, OR
  2. Send a WhatsApp message to our support number requesting account deletion, stating your restaurant name and registered phone number.

We will verify your identity (to protect against fraudulent requests) and process the deletion within 30 days. We will confirm by email or WhatsApp once it is complete.

What data is deleted

On a verified request, we permanently delete:

  • Your vendor account and login credentials (phone number used for OTP sign-in)
  • Your restaurant profile and store details
  • Your menu items and uploaded menu images
  • Push notification tokens linked to your devices
  • Support correspondence associated with your account

What data may be retained, and for how long

Some records must be kept after account deletion to meet legal, tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention obligations. These are retained only as long as required by law and are not used for any other purpose:

Anonymised, aggregated data No longer identifies you; used for service statistics Retained (non-personal)

After the legally required retention period, this data is deleted or kept only in fully anonymised form.

Note on order records

Because orders involve customers and payments, individual order records cannot be deleted on request before the legal retention period ends. Your personal account information is removed; transaction records are retained in line with the table above.
