Welcome to Suda Suda Vandi. By using our mobile application and website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. About the Service
Suda Suda Vandi is a food delivery platform that connects customers with local restaurants in Cheyyar and surrounding areas in Tamil Nadu, India. We act as an intermediary between customers and restaurant partners to facilitate food ordering and delivery.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our service. By creating an account, you confirm that you are of legal age and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Account Registration
To place orders, you must register with a valid phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You agree to provide accurate information including your name, phone number, and delivery address. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information.
4. Ordering and Payment
All prices displayed on the app include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery fees are calculated based on your delivery zone (distance from the restaurant) and are displayed before you confirm your order. We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payments via Razorpay (UPI, debit card, credit card, net banking). Once an order is confirmed and accepted by the restaurant, it cannot be modified.
5. Delivery
We aim to deliver your order within the estimated time shown on the app. However, delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, traffic, order volume, or restaurant preparation time. Delivery is available only within our designated delivery zones covering Cheyyar and surrounding villages. You must provide accurate delivery address and be available to receive the order. If you are unreachable at the time of delivery, the delivery partner will attempt to contact you. Undeliverable orders due to incorrect address or unavailability will not be refunded.
6. Delivery Zones and Fees
Our delivery area is divided into five zones based on distance. Zone A covers 0-3 km, Zone B covers 3-6 km, Zone C covers 6-10 km, Zone D covers 10-15 km, and Zone E covers 15-25 km. Delivery fees increase with distance. During peak hours or adverse weather, additional charges may apply. All fees are transparently displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
7. Food Quality
Restaurants listed on our platform are responsible for the quality, safety, and hygiene of the food they prepare. Suda Suda Vandi acts as a delivery intermediary and is not responsible for food preparation. If you have food allergies or dietary restrictions, please communicate directly with the restaurant.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Suda Suda Vandi app and website, including logos, designs, text, and graphics, is our property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
Suda Suda Vandi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service, food quality issues (which are the restaurant’s responsibility), delays caused by factors beyond our control, or temporary unavailability of the app or service.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Cheyyar / Tiruvannamalai, Tamil Nadu.
